Design Magic

Design Magic is a custom design service for your Arrived event page. A Happily Design Partner transforms your event content and brand into a unique, mobile-responsive experience, while our Arrived team manages the project from start to finish.

Your $1,500 Design Magic package includes one custom-designed Arrived event page for desktop and mobile, plus two rounds of revisions. If you need additional pages, revision rounds, or work outside the original project scope, we’ll confirm the additional scope and price with you before proceeding.

Yes. You’ll need a free Arrived account and an existing event for us to customize. Before submitting your Design Magic setup form, create your event in Arrived and add the core information that should appear on the page, including your event name, dates, copy, speakers, agenda, and any other applicable event details. You can create a free Arrived account or log in to your existing account.

No. Design Magic currently covers the custom design and presentation of the content you provide. Please add your event copy and essential information to your Arrived event before we begin. Your content does not need to be completely final, but there must be enough information in your event for the designer to create the first version.

Before purchasing, create a free Arrived account and set up the basic event you want us to customize. Add the core content that should appear on the page, including your event name, dates, copy, speakers, agenda, and other applicable event details.

After checkout, you’ll complete a short setup form. It will help to have the following ready:

• The URL of your Arrived event
• Your preferred launch date
• A description of your desired look and feel
• Inspiration links or examples of event websites you like
• Brand guidelines, if available
• Logos, images, fonts, or other assets that must be included

Your materials do not need to be perfectly polished, but we need enough content and direction to begin the design.

Your first draft will be ready within 2–3 business days after our team has validated your completed setup form and Arrived event. We’ll confirm the timing for revisions after reviewing your feedback.

Yes. You can continue adding or updating event content in Arrived. If you are planning significant copy, layout, image, or media changes after design work begins, let us know through your project email thread. Major changes may affect the design schedule or project scope.

When each version is ready, we’ll email you a link to review it. Check the page on both desktop and mobile, then reply with one consolidated list of changes. Your package includes two revision rounds. If you approve an earlier version, you do not need to use the remaining rounds.

The Arrived team manages your project and coordinates directly with your Design Partner. Reply to your project email thread with any questions, updates, or feedback, and we’ll take care of the rest.

No. Design Magic does not change your Arrived plan, account ownership, or event access. You can continue managing your event details and registrations in Arrived after the design is complete. Events on the Free plan use a standard happily.events URL. Publishing with a custom URL or domain requires an Arrived Pro plan.
