### About This Role 

## We’re looking for a Community Manager who knows how to bring people together. 

You’ll create buzz, build connections, and make sure every specialist feels cared for. With experience growing communities, you’ll lead engagement, gather insights, and help us maintain a high quality experience while driving satisfaction and retention. Your work will directly shape how our specialists and freelancer community experience Happily.

About This Role Community Manager

### Responsibilities 
- __Ignite Engagement:__ Design fun and creative ways to connect with our clients.
- __Host Epic Events:__ Run virtual and in-person events that bring clients together.
- __Listen & Act:__ Gather feedback and turn it into actionable insights for our team.
- __Grow the Community:__ Develop new strategies to expand and enrich our client base.
- __Measure & Improve:__ Track community engagement metrics and constantly look for ways to enhance the experience.

### Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years in community management, customer success, or events. All relevant experience will be considered. 
- Strong communication skills, and organized working style, and the ability to make connections quickly.
- Proven experience managing communities and growing engagement.

### Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing hybrid or remote communities.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms. 
- Social media listening and management experience
- Background in event management or SaaS.
