It was so beautiful and we couldn't be happier.
Their vision blended design and technology, to create an environment with a whimsical essence, a naturalistic aesthetic, and a soft color palette.
Happily’s Creative and Experiential Studios were brought in to guide the couple’s creative ideas, curate the venue design, and ensure that operations ran smoothly on the day.
From the Happily Experiential Team, a Producer and three Production Assistants collaborated with the client to select, organize, and manage a large majority of elements for the wedding, including decor, florals, floorplans, vendors, catering, and furniture, as well as the overall run of show for the day.
The Happily Creative Studio worked with the client to craft a customized aesthetic, and curate all the necessary details to bring that vision to life. This included everything from the table settings, aisle arrangement, bridal table, the program booklet, screens, stickers, menus, and dinnerwear, all to completely transform the space.
One of the highlights of the creative design was an immersive landscape series custom made for the couple. The event venue was the Gray Area in San Francisco, home of the Gray Area Foundation for the Arts, a non-profit where art and technology create social and civic impact. These immersive landscapes harmoniously linked the celebration with the Grey Area, an organization close to the hearts of the couple.
For this, Happily partnered with Harvey Moon and Carrie Chen from Spectra Studio, a LA based creative studio that crafts experiences at the intersection of art and tech. These custom works were projected across the blank walls of the venue to form unique and exquisite environments for the couple and their guests to admire and be inspired by.
Shout out to everyone involved in this beautiful event:
