The Challenge
Ten Eleven is a specialized venture capital firm exclusively dedicated to helping cybersecurity companies thrive. During the 2022 RSA Conference in San Francisco, Ten Eleven hosted its community of investors, founders and thought leaders with an entertaining and chic social gathering.
Ten Eleven partnered with Happily to activate our local team of experience creators in San Francisco with the goal to create a trendy rooftop reception that everyone was talking about. With subtly branded moments and personal touches that make all feel welcomed back to their favorite social satellite event at the RSA Conference.
The Solution
From the Happily Experiential Team, an Executive Producer, Producer and a Check-in Assistant, worked closely with the Ten Eleven team to create this bespoke event.
The venue is always an important foundation for an event and Charmaine's Rooftop Bar & Lounge was the ideal place. It was a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces to make the most of a beautiful summer evening, and was conveniently within walking distance from the RSA Conference.
Inspired by the record-spinning DJ at the reception, we asked each of Ten Eleven’s partner companies to submit their favorite record for a custom record sleeve. The reception guests could then browse the ‘Record Shop’ and take home their own record.
The Results
Ten Eleven’s evening reception for the 2022 RSA Conference in San Francisco was a bustling evening. Originally planned for 3 hours, the evening was extended for another hour because it was clear that nobody was ready to leave. The custom record swag was a wonderful success and became a talking point as people perused the ‘Record Shop’.
