A Big Congrats on a phenomenal event! I was just so inspired and amazed at all the wisdom and support shown by the speakers and attendees. It was a room full of giants and trailblazers! Felt so privileged to be there. An absolutely moving experience.

We never think about as adults the impact that experiences in our childhood could have on who we become but they are absolutely informative as to how we grow up and problem solve or take care of ourselves or think about things - these adverse childhood experiences are really powerful and to not be aware of them is not okay.
